RECONFIRMATION, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION

Any reconfirmation, amendment or cancellation , please contact respective Asiatravel staffs directly (Not the hotel)

PAYMENT :

All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd.) only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

AIR TICKET & VOUCHER

Upon clearance of your payment, air ticket & voucher will be issued and delivered to your hotel in Bangkok. You can collect it at the hotel front desk when you check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge AND ticket refund fee will be levied.
