All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd.) only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted. |

| Cancellation Policy | ||
| 1) If
notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before
14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in
date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing
fee of 5%. ( 15 December -15 January : Cancel 30 days prior to arrival)
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge AND ticket refund fee will be levied. Note : Surcharge for Chinese New Year and Songkran Festival, please check with the reservation. |
