Terms and Conditions :
- Booking should be pre-paid in full amount upon confirmation
- Mode of payment can be by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) , telegraphic transfer and cash. Bank fee applies in case of credit card payment.
- No refund for un-used rooms (early out or no show), tour, meals and transfer service
- Not include International Air ticket to/from Singapore
- Not include Visa
- Not include Tip, drink, personal expenses, other meals
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made 15 days before check-in date, late cancellation will be charged 50% of total amount. This applies for booking whereby airticket is not issued. Once airticket is issued, total payment is non-refundable.
- There will be no refund of amount paid if cancellation is not informed and there is no acknowledgement of cancellation from the reservation staff.
- Any refund will be subject to 5.5% service/adminstration fee
