BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Above hotel rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of New Zealand Good & Services Tax (GST) at 12.5%
• Asia Travel rates listed above are ONLY available for Internet users who book via this web site Or contact Asia Travel directly
• Rates are per room per night
• High/Peak/Special events surcharge may apply on certain dates and subject to change without notice.
• All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issue of vouchers.
• Payment by credit card will be billed in US Dollar upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• There is no cancellation charge except for a 5.5% credit card processing fee if cancellation is notified to us more than 15 days prior to check-in date.

CHILD POLICY

For the purposes of those rates the following child policy applies

• A child is 12 years or younger
• A maximum of 2 children sharing an existing bedding configuration in a room with 2 adults stay free
• 'Extra Person' charge applies for additional children sharing with 2 adults and requiring additional beds
• Cots are complimentary (It is subject to availability)
