I have stayed at Narai several times over the years. It continues to be a great hotel for location and staff courtesy, but no longer for rooms--which need an upgrade. It is also time that breakfast came automatically with the room, that would balance the lack of room quality.

Narai Hotel is a good hotel with kind staff. when they can they upgrade your room, only...the hotel has no balconies, but this is the only disadvantage
The service was overall good, just one flaw. The front receptionists should bear in mind that not only tourists would stay at hotel, there are chances that local people would do too. So be careful not to talk about guests in their languages in front of them.
My room had bugs or mosquitoes so I asked for changing my room, and staff were so happy to help me and the night manager came and guided me to my room and apologized..I love the hotel.
