10 Days 8 Nights Highlights of New Zealand

Day 1 Singapore -> Auckland (Meals on Board)

Assemble at international airport for your flight to Auckland. (Meals on board)  

Day 2 Auckland (Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast on board. Upon arrival at Auckland International Airport, you will be met by an ATS Representative and Coach Driver Guide and directed to your private coach. Enjoy your Chinese lunch. After lunch commence a brief sightseeing tour of Auckland by private coach including: Drive up Mt Eden for extensive views; Drive through Auckland Domain with visit to Auckland Museum. Drive through Parnell Village and along Auckland’s waterfront; Visit Kelly Tarlton’s Underwater World and Sky Tower + Desk. Early this evening you are transferred from your hotel by private coach to the New Zealand National Maritime Museum-the check-in point for your Pride of Auckland Dinner Cruise tonight.

Day 3 Auckland/Waitomo/Rotorua (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel restaurant. Depart Auckland and travel south through the rich farmland of the Waikato region to Hamilton and then Waitomo. a visit is made to the Waitomo Caves, with their fascinating limestone formations, first discovered in the 1800’s. In the glow-worm grotto you take a boat ride silently along an underground river beneath a canopy of lights made by the minute larvae on the roof above you. Buffet lunch at Big Apple Restaurant. Finally, travel via the Fitzgerald Glade and over the heavily forested Mamaku Ranges to Rotorua, located in the Bay of Plenty. Visit Te Puia is a traditional Maori Pa to see some of nature's wonders including spouting geysers, bubbling mud pools and steaming cliffs. A traditional Maori Hangi Dinner feast & Concert is served at hotel

Day 4 Rotorua/Christchurch (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel restaurant. Join Agrodome Sheep Show is a one-hour performance, presented three times daily in a specially designed auditorium. And Farm Tour is our pure New Zealand farm in an all-weather, all terrain vehicle. Enjoy your buffet lunch at Cableway Restaurant which is known for its stunning 180degree views over the city of Rotorua. Take a ride in our 8-seater gondola, the first of its kid in the Southern Hemisphere you will enjoy a 487 metre ride up the side of Mt. Ngongotaha. Try to ride a Luge is a fun filled ride on a three-wheel cart. The unique braking and steering system provides the rider full control and allows them to travel as fast or slow as they wish. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Christchurch. You then depart the airport for a sightseeing tour of this garden city, with its tree-lined Avon River and many elegantly landscaped parks and suburbs. Your tour includes a drive past some of Christchurch’s architecture, from the neogothic beauty of the Cathedral and Museum to the striking designs of the Town Hall and Arts Centre. Your sightseeing tour also includes a visit to the Botanical Gardens and Mona Vale. Buffet dinner at Oxford on Avon.

Day 5 Christchurch/MT Cook/Queenstown (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Depart Christchurch by private coach for your journey to Queenstown via Mt Cook, beginning with a drive across the patchwork quilts Canterbury Plains and reach Fairlie and Lake Tekapo. Enjoy a Chinese lunch. A stop is made at the lake's edge to look at the simple stone Church of the Good Shepherd and nearby, the bronze sheep dog. Proceed to the southernmost tip of Lake Pukaki, where you continue to Mt Cook. Whilst at Mt Cook, you have the opportunity (weather permitting) to take an OPTIONAL ski plane flight high over mountainous landscapes to the Tasman Glacier. The breathtaking scenery and glacier landing is an exciting experience. At the end of your visit depart Mt Cook for Queenstown retracing your route along the shoreline of Lake Pukaki to Highway 8. Travel further south to Cromwell. visit Mrs. Jones Fruit Orchard. Travel through the Kawarau gorge before arriving in Queenstown. Enjoy a Chinese dinner.

Day 6 Queenstown (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel restaurant. Enjoy 2 famous activities-Kawarau Water Rafting (The stunning scenery and rafting action includes the longest commercial rafted rapid, the 400m Dog Leg.) and Quad bike Safaris (Nomad Safaris has exclusive use of Queenstown Hill ensuring that on your Quad Bike tour you get breathtaking panoramic views that are exclusively yours.) in Queenstown.

Afterwards, transfer to Chinese restaurant to enjoy your dinner.

Day 7 Queenstown/Te Anau (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Day 8 Te Anau/Dunedin (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel restaurant. After breakfast, commence a brief city sightseeing of Te Anau. Depart Te Anau travelling via the tussock country of Southland and the river plains to Gore, home of the “Big Brown Trout” and country music. Later continue your journey passing through rural scenery to the farming community of Balclutha before travelling north along State Highway 1 to Dunedin. Upon arrival, transfer to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. Then, a Dunedin city Sightseeing will be proceeded including the Octagon, Olveston House, University Of Otago, Baldwin Street and so on. Enjoy a Chinese dinner.

Day 9 Dunedin/Christchurch (Bfast, Lunch, Dinner provided)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel restaurant. This morning, a visit is made to the Royal Albatross Centre, which is the only mainland colony in the world, where the northern royal albatross can be viewed in their natural habitat and close to civilization. Visit the Penguin Place Conservation Reserve, which is the home of the Yellow-eyed Penguin, the world’s most endangered penguin. Visit Cadbury World Chocolate Factory is a colourful, educational chocolate experience. Enjoy a Chinese lunch before leaving Dunedin. Leaving Dunedin, first travel to Moeraki for a few minutes walk through regenerating native shrubland and along the beach to see the Moeraki Boulders (optional), a geological curiosity formed on the sea floor some 60 million years ago. After your stop, continue through the coastal town of Oamaru, which is well-known for its white stone buildings. Finally travel across the braided Rakaia River and drive through the vast Canterbury Plains to Christchurch. Buffet dinner at Oxford on Avon.
