• Package can be extended for further days and/or additional treatments can de added. Additional 36 holes of golf or 2x90 minute spa treatments for second person at Blue Canyon add SGD435. Additional Exclusive Health Screening at Piyavate Hospital is SGD324 extra per person.
• All medical packages are contingent on approval for each individual patient from the medical partner. Patients will be accepted by the medical partner based on physical condition of the patient and the medical partner’s ability to treat the medical condition of the patient.
• All amenities/services included in the package are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and have no redeemable cash value. Patient/guest forfeits any of the package amenities/services not used during the eligible stay.
• Package is based on treatment for one patient only unless otherwise specified in the package, double hotel occupancy and availability at time of booking and does not include additional medical or hotel services not specifically detailed in the agreement package. Additional hotel services, items, foods and beverages or other sundries are the direct responsibility of the guests and are not covered by Wellness Travel Company. Additional hotel nights are the responsibility of the guests. Surcharge fees exist for additional guests.
