Representation and handling services covers personalized meeting of clients upon arrival at counter No. 8 (Solis Indian Ocean counter). Clients are given welcome pack with welcome letter of hotel representatives and introduction and information about Mauritius. Provide assistance during stay, visit by representative at hotels, reconfirmation of departure flights, assistance for international departure and 24 hours customer care service hotline number.

Hotel Description & Location
Lakaz Chamarel is a small "boutique hotel", managed like a Guesthouse, charming and refined. Located in full nature and nested in a small valley in the heart of a splendid tropical garden of ten hectares. Surrounded by the mountains of Chamarel, it is easily accessible.

Lakas Chamarel includes a main building with a living room, a TV room, a dining room, a veranda, an open bar and a kitchen. Two swimming pools, two wooden thatch roof kiosks with a second open bar and a dining room, a sauna and a "Cabane" for massages.

Scattered around the main building, the 11 rooms have a different decoration representing the diversity of different cultures on the Island.

Each room declines its ethnic influence in its furniture and its decoration: China, Africa, India, or simply tropical. The wood, the slate, the beams, the terra cotta, the ton ochre, beige and rust typically confer to this Exclusive Lodge, a Mauritian charm. The terraces open on the infinite one; the bathrooms to open sky make it possible to benefit from the spectacle of surrounding nature.

11 Rooms and Suites, refined and comfortable (3 standards, 4 superior, 1 suite of 75m2, and 3 suites of 95 m2 each one with their private pool):

Lakaz (3 standard rooms/max no of persons: 2) Double rooms of 50 m2 (lakaz feraye, dibois, bambou) with a terrace, at a good distance from each other and overlooking a swimming pool. Each room has their own bathroom with an open air shower. Hairdryer and safe in the rooms.

Kaz (4 superior rooms/ max no of persons: 2) Superior rooms of 60m2 (Kax namaste, tropical, zen and afrika), with a terrace, spaced the one of the others in the gardens, and overhanging a swimming pool of 16 meters and two thatch roof kiosks (bar and lounge). Each room has their own bathroom with an open air shower. Hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and safe.

Suite Ravenale (1 Ravenale Suite/max no of persons: 2) Double room (75m2) with a wooden deck, which overhangs a water pond, with its bathroom and an open air shower. Hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and safe.

Breakfast and dinner are included in the tarriffs, lunch on request. Breakfast is served between 7.00 am and 10.30 am (or at your time when you wake up): Coffee, espresso, tea, chocolate, fresh juice, homemade bread, homemade jam, butter, cheese, cereals, fruits and eggs from the farm.

Dinner is served as from 19.30H - amuse bouche,1 x starter, 1 x main course, and a desert, coffee, tea or citronelle infusion.

Room Service as from 7.30 am to 9.30 pm. Tray charge at 172.50 Rs/person for breakfast, Tray charge of 287.50 Rs/per person for dinner.
