Hotel Description & Location
The Villas are situated in a complex on the beach front. There are 4 independent bungalows each with its private garden.

The Citronella Villas are located in peaceful surroundings, only within 5 minutes walk to the beach. They offer the ideal pied-a-terre for beachside living in Flic en Flac or an excellent inventment. The development consists of 5 villas each with their own private garden and a common swimming pool. Other amenities are parking bays and automated gates.

Apartment on First floor with 3 double air conditioned bedrooms and 1 bedroom equipped with fan. Bathroom/toilets (baby cot / extra bed available). On the Ground floor, there is a swimming pool in a nice garden. Maid service and cook at extra cost.

Dining, living room & well equipped American style kitchen, all equipped with fans, Big covered terrace.

24 Hrs security as there is a dog as well. Shops, bank pharmacy, etc, 10 minutes by car, restaurants, nightclubs 10 minutes by car.

Other facilities: TV, CD & VCD, radio, alarm system, safe, internet WIFI, barbecue grill, parking space, Owners speak German & Italian as well.

1st Floor:
2 double Air conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom + toilet, 1 double Air conditioned bedroom with private bathroom + toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with private bathroom+ toilet, and 1 balcony with a view on the sea. A cook from, 8h30 to 12h00, Monday to Saturday except on Sundays & Public holidays.

CITRONELLE 2 (Maximum no of persons: 6)
A Ground floor bungalow situated in 2nd position (20 m from the beach), with kitchen, lounge - TV, Room, Dining Room, Covered terrace, 2 double Air Conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathroom and toilet, 1 Air conditioned bedroon (2 single beds|) with en suite bathroom + toilet.

CITRONELLE III
Comfortable bungalow with a private garden situated in 3rd position (40 m from the beach). Approximately 150m2 - No. of persons 6.

Ground Floor: Fully equipped American kitchen, Lounge and dining room, covered terrace, 1 bathroom + toilet & Laundry. All rooms with Air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with toilet.

CITRONELLE IV
Comfortable bungalow with private garden situated in 4th position (60 meters from the beach) Approximately 150 m2 - No of persons 6.
Ground Floor: Fully equipped American Kitchen, Dining Room, Lounge, Covered Terrace, Toilet

1st Floor:
1 double bedroom. 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each). 2 bathrooms with toilet. All rooms with Air conditioning.

Conditions:
A maid for the upkeep of the bungalow and the laundry for 4 hours from Monday to Saturday. Telephone - for local calls only.
