Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Rates are inclusive of Breakfast only.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.

Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults.
Extra bedding: Extra daybed and baby cot.
 
Check-in & Check-out time:
Check In time is 1300hrs and Check Out time is 1200 Hours
 
Transfers to & from the Resort – Speedboat:
Speedboat transfer is arranged according to the given international flight details.
ADD ONS:       US$130 per adult roundtrip (from and to the airport)
                         US$80 per child (2 – 12 years) roundtrip (from and to the airport)
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
 
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 45 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
  
Peak Season (20th December – 10th January inclusive) A minimum of 7 nights stay is required for bookings falling over this period.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
