On staff at the Fitness Studio are three experienced and fully qualified personal trainers available to offer customized One-on-One training sessions tailored to both the dedicated exerciser looking to push fitness to the next level, or the complete beginner wanting to start a healthy lifestyle. A fitness regime to be followed at home is also prepared on request.

A 45-minute class which involves a total body stretch of all the major muscles of the body, finishing with a relaxation session.
