TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Rates are based on per room per night and inclusive of government tax and service charge.
  • Child Rate: ON REQUEST BASIS
  • A minimum of stay of 7 nights is required for all arrivals/departures during the period from 27th Dec 2007 to 3rd Jan 2008
  • Check-in = 1400 hrs / Check-out = 1200 hrs
  • Children under 12 yrs of age are not recommended in Water Bungalows and in case a child is accommodated in a Water Bungalow, parents should take full responsibility of the children.
  • Child accommodation rates are applicable only when sharing room with minimum of 2 pax. Child discount for meal and transfer rates can be applied without any restrictions on room occupancy.
  • Fast boat transfer: (02 Aug-31 Oct 2007)
    • Adult = USD 85/person (roundtrip).
    • Children (2 to 12 yrs old) = USD 47/child (roundtrip).
    • Infant (less than 2 yrs old) = free of charge.
  • Check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours
  • Meal Supplements: Lunch - US$24 per adult (Children 50%) . Dinner - US$ 48 per adult (Chidlren 50%).
  • Cancellation and No Show Policy to all room types (02 Aug - 31 Oct 2007): All cancellations informed to us within 8 to 14 days prior to clients arrival-25% of total cost for the stay will be charged. Within 5 to 8 days prior to arrival-50%. Less than 5 days and No Shows or Early Departure, full cost for the stay will be charged.
  • Fast Boat Transfer Rates: (01 Nov 2007 - 30 Apr 2008)
    • Adult = US$ 85 per person
    • Children (2-12 yrs old) = US$ 47 per child
    • Infants (less than 2 yrs old) = Free of charge
  • Meal Supplements: Lunch - US$32 per adult (Children 50%). Dinner - US$64 per adult (Children 50%).
  • Cancellation and No Show Policy to all room types (01 Nov - 30 Apr 2008): All cancellations informed to us within 15 to 20 days prior to clients arrival-25% of total cost for the stay will be charged. Within 7 to 15 days prior to arrival-50%. Within 4 to 7 days prior to arrival-75%. Less than 4 days and No Shows or Early Departure, full cost for the stay will be charged.
  • Cancellation and No Show Policy for arrival or departure from 24 Dec to 10 Jan 2008: Less than 35 days from the date of arrival-full cost for the stay will be charged.
  • Above rates are not applicable for Italian,German & British markets.
    Honeymoon Benefits -- PER COUPLE PER STAY
  • All honeymooners will receive flower decoration in room on the first or on the last night stay, fruit basket on arrival and a honeymoon cake. (All clients arriving on this offer should be advised to the resort at the time of booking).
