Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night.
Rates are inclusive Full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) excluding beverage.
Rates are NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Child Rate: ON REQUEST
 
Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults or 3 adults.

Child Policy:
Due to the nature and setting of the resort – the resort do NOT accept bookings with children below 12 years of age.
 
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in time is 14h00 and check-out is at 11h00 GMT: +6.
 
Minimum night requirements:
To confirm all bookings a minimum 6 nights stay is required by the resort.
 
Transfers to & from the Resort – Seaplane (Airport / Resort / Airport)

ADD ONS :  US$290 per adult roundtrip

From 1st November 2008 onwards Transfer rates are in Euro
ADD ONS : EURO 225.00 per adult roundtrip
                    EURO 115.00 per child (2-11 years) roundtrip
                     
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
 
The scenic flight from the airport to Komandoo takes approximately 40 minutes from Male’ International Airport. Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
Note: Seaplane operates during daytime only in accordance to aviation regulations of the Maldives. Guests arriving to the Maldives after 5pm are required to spend a night in Male’ or at the Airport Hotel prior to transferring to the respective resort the following day.
        
Seaplane Baggage allowance
Each person may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged by the carrier directly. The excess baggage may not get transported on the same flight with the passengers. Passengers with out-sized baggage or heavy equipment must inform the same at point of reservation and make special arrangements for transport of the same to the resort, which shall be separately charged.
         
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 45 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
  
Peak Season (23rd December – 6th January inclusive)
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
