This PADI 5 star Gold Palm SUB AQUA DiveCenter™ is located at an idyllic setting right at the water’s edge; the dhonis are a mere 30 steps away. It takes between 5 and 75min. to reach most of the premium dive spots in the South-Ari-atoll.

With Alexis Vincent SUB AQUA DiveCenter Hilton Rangali has an experienced dive centre-manager who is leading an international and dedicated dive team.

Just recently dive centre has been entirely renovated. They now have 2 classrooms, 1 videolab, drying room, state of the art soundproofed compressor room and workshop. Our new facilities also include a retail shop where latest dive wear, diving equipment and accessories can be found.
Our new video lab offers about all services you can think of. For example, within the framework of guided underwater video-tours and special events (birthdays, wedding ceremonies, U/W weddings, etc..), individually designed photo- cd’s above- and underwater can also be produced. Everything is filmed on high broadcast quality 3 chip digital cameras.
Traditionally on Thursdays we have a “diver"s night” at the hotel bar, where we show videos, stamp logbooks, give course completion certificates and have a drink with our diving and non diving guests.


Diving Operation

Diving courses are held by our multilingual Instructors regarding the guidelines of PADI, NRC and DAN. From beginners- level up to professional divemaster- level and various popular specialty- courses, we cater to all wishes and needs. For your comfort and safety, there are never more then 4 students or divers in a group.
Next to standard- specialty courses we also offer “Manta- specialty”; “Shark- specialty” and “Coral- specialty” –training programs. These PADI- courses were designed exclusively for (and by instructor of) SUB AQUA DiveCenter™ Hilton Rangali.
Kids age 8 – 10 can participate in the fun & adventurous “Bubblemaker”-course and Seal Team Aqua missions. In addition we offer U/W photo and video courses, should you want to take it one step further, learn how to edit your own U/W footage, make your own video production and burn it on a DVD.
We also offer exclusive private training as well as private guided underwater tours.
Full day speed boat trips are available on request (and weather permitting).
