Accompanying children
Except for the Damai Room, children under the ages of 12 may be accompanied in either the Cahaya or the Bayu room category at no extra charge but subject to confirmation by the hotel. The Damai room's layout and interior furnishings make it extremely difficult to accommodate an extra mattress. Cahaya can only accommodate a maximum of one child whereas the Bayu can accommodate up to two children.

Teenagers between 13-19 years of age accompanying parents should be accommodated in an extra room based on the Original package taken by their parents.

Amendment Policy:
Once reservation has been confirmed, any amendments resulting in the reduction of room nights will be considered as partial cancellation and cancellation charges will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made less than 07 working days prior to the arrival date, the resort reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge which is equivalent to the full length of stay.
