Terms & Conditions:
  • Rates are applicable for two (2) adults per villa
  • The Villas is reserved exclusively for adults and no children under 12 years of age are permitted
  • Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to 10% service charge & 5% government tax.
    Rooms are subject to availability
  • Reservation must be guaranteed with approved credit card or advanced deposit.
  • Upgrade to Villa Embun or Villa Bayu at a preferred rate.
  • Cancellation must be made 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, a night cancellation charge will be levied.
  • Spa vouchers to be collect at The Villas during check in and to present spa voucher’s at The Mandara spa reception.
  • For all spa bookings at Mandara, kindly booked 24 hours in advance and to arrive 15 minutes before schedule time.
  • A surcharge for The Villas of RM300++ per villa per night is applicable during the peak period.
    *Surcharge is applicable for stays between 1 July 2006 – 31 August 2006, 23 -26 October 2006, 18 November – 1 January 2007, 17 – 21 February 2007 and during 2007 F – 1 at Sepang Circuit
