As part of our resort's commitment to ensuring you are always kept in the loop of our upgrading exercise, we are pleased to inform you that our new swimming pool and Coco-Joe's Bar & Grill is now ready while facilities such as the resort's Health Club and Sunset Bar is already operational. Following this, please be informed that with immediate effect we will no longer offer dining credit at any of our food and beverage outlets.
However we sincerely regret to inform you that the handover of our water play area and Cool Box ice-cream bar is scheduled to finish by the end of March.

As a reflection of Shangri-La’s commitment to continuously provide outstanding facilities to all our guests, we have recently received confirmation that we will be proceeding with a number of upgrades to the hotel facilities commencing from September, 2010.
The renovation work will include our swimming pools, poolside restaurant, health club and some other building repairs. It came to light recently that our swimming pools needed several urgent repairs done and we decided to take the opportunity to upgrade the pools and some other facilities at the same time. |
