The Hotel are planning to embark on upgrading our Garden Wing Rooms this year to reflect Shangri-La's commitment to continuously improve and upgrade our facilities. The improvement will involve the guest rooms in two separate phases from early March to June 30, 2011 and last quarter of 2011 for six months.
The Hotel expect minimal impact to guests since the phasing of the upgrading has been planned to achieve the least disturbance by keeping work areas well away from rooms occupied by guests. Every care will be taken to ensure guest comfort remains at an optimum level. However, there will be considerable noise during the initial stage until March 18 and measures will be taken to minimize disruption to our guests. The Resort will continue to operate as usual with uninterrupted service and it will not affect the existing resort activities, amenities and facilities.
