All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issue of vouchers. Payment to be billed in Singapore Dollar at prevailing conversion rate upon confirmation of booking and are accepted by credit card (Only Visa, Master & American Express Card). Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest. There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 5.5% credit card processing charge) if booking cancelled 7 working days before check in date.

Large rooms (42 sq. m) which are luxuriously appointed. Highly polished timber and Italian marble are used as finishes.

Open from 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 9:00pm Saturday & Sunday.

Swimming Pool
On the top floor of the Hotel's five-story podium, the pool terrace is meticulously landscaped to create a beautiful and comfortable environment. The free-form pool with Jacuzzi is surrounded by deck chairs for guests' relaxation. Open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily.

Imperial Gallery
Incorporated into the 5-story podium of the hotel building is a 25,000 sq. ft. retail complex, which can be accessed from the hotel or via a separate entrance on Jalan Doraisamy. With stores offering only the highest quality from both local and international designers. Open from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday.

Business Centre
On the lobby level, offering 24-hour service for all secretarial work, the Business Centre provides word processing, facsimile, copying and translating services as well as private meeting rooms. Open 24-hours daily.

The Library
On the thirty-eighth floor, this comfortable exclusive lounge provides a variety of books, magazines and newspapers. Complimentary coffee and tea are also available. Open from 6:30am to 10:00pm daily.


Restaurants
Four restaurants provide Sheraton Imperial guests with outstanding dining selections. The Botanica Brasserie serves an international menu and innovative buffet. The Celestial Court sets the mood for a unique, contemporary Chinese experience while Villa Danieli serves fresh, pool-side Mediterranean-style cuisine. For dancing, live entertainment, and delicious food and drinks, guests love the chic, upbeat atmosphere of Riva's.

Botanica Brasserie
This restaurant serves an international a la carte menu complimented by fresh, innovative buffet selection prepared from a show kitchen. The premier dining venue for international and local specialties exudes a profound sense of space and light, with soaring podium ceiling and skylight, further enhanced by tall preserved palm trees. The show kitchen allows interaction between buffet diners and the chefs, adding to the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. Open from 6:30am to 1:00am daily.

Celestial Court
A contemporary design of understated elegance sets the mood for a unique Chinese dining experience. Serving Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant places the utmost importance on fresh, high quality ingredients. Featuring 4 private dining rooms and a number of semiprivate dining rooms divided by elegant Chinese screens. Open from 11:30 to 3:00pm for lunch and 6:00pm to 11:00pm for dinner daily.

Villa Danieli
A modern Californian-Italian style restaurant with the ambience of a fashionable bistro. Serving innovative cuisine from a show kitchen. A unique "Wine Vault Dining" table will allow larger parties to sit amongst a working wine cellar. A choice of several styles of dining, from a casual to more formal. Open from 6:00pm to 10:30pm daily.

Riva's
The place to be seen in K.L. for dancing, drinks, eating, meeting and sheer fun--Riva's has no equal. Located over 2 floors, it has 4 distinct areas--A restaurant, nightclub, live band room and lounge. State-of-the-art sound and lighting are featured in the nightclub and live band room. The restaurant is a chic, Pacific-fusion eatery with an upbeat atmosphere. Open from 11:30am to 3:00pm for lunch and 5:00pm to 1:00am for dinner daily. (To be opened soon.)

Pavilions
This tranquil, inviting lounge is the perfect place to rendezvous for traditional European tea or cocktails. Features warm, comfortable, rich colours with white trellis work below the ceiling. Quality live entertainment in the evening. Open from 5:00pm to 1:00am daily.
