Great. We requested for additional bed and a baby cot upon check in. The bed arrive soon after we enter our junior suite. Big and spacious room which allow my son to run around in the room. Will return to the same hotel if we are visiting the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the large rooms. Service quality was excellent from the reception to housekeeping. Breakfast was great, we had a wide selection to choose from and the freshly squeezed juice station was a bonus. 1Utama was just around the corner and we did not have to walk far to shop and eat. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and will probably return in the future. Thank you.

Second time stay at hotel. Not dissappointed - room is clean & comfortable. Fast service as well. Close access to 1 Utama - so convenient for late shopping! Will return although distance from airport takes an hour drive.

I have high expectation from a 5 star frontdesk staff.I was served by Siti during my check-in on 30 Sep, 2012.There is hardly any eye contact between her and the guest.The golden rule in customer service are greet and smile with eye contact. My stay would be perfect if not having a bad experience at frontdesk. The breakfast at the hotel is awesome.
