Most parts of the hotel need renovation/maintenance badly (incl. equipment, such as room air condition etc). hotel Service is ok, not 5 star standard. Noble HOuse Chinese Restaurant closed without notice in advance(even not prio 24h). The Cafe restaurant was not very clean, food sortiment and quality below average.

距离市中心40分钟车程。园景一流。遇到的酒店员工很有礼貌，之前看到很多对这个酒店的点评都对这里的服务态度不是很满意，可是这次我们无论是main reception and villa reception都很不错，特别是Ms. Azumah at villa reception, 我的导游也说我们能遇到这么对顾客热情贴心的员工是我们运气真的不错，我也是这么觉得，我觉得这个酒店就是建筑设计和Ms. Azumah值五星级（强烈建议酒店嘉奖Ms. Azumah）。我们订的是pool villa suite. 主人房很漂亮设施齐备，可是另一个双床房我们该把它称为工人房更合适，只有一个对着外面车道的不能打开的窗，没电视没内线电话，浴室与过道相隔没电吹风（在主人房）。房间里的设施也很有点问题，有门的把手水笼头的把手会松到一碰就掉到地上；客房清洁服务很了草马虎。酒店内部shuttle很好，遇到的每一位司机都很有礼貌。--40 minutes from the city center. Master bedroom is very beautiful facilities are available, but the other twin room we call it a more suitable room workers, only one facing the outside lane can not open the windows, no TV no internal calls, bathroom with hair dryer not separated by the aisle (in the master bedroom). Room facilities are also a problem, there are door handles tap handle will be loose to touch on the fell to the ground; room cleaning service is a grass sloppy. The hotel stay was pleasant with as we stayed in the pool villa. Unfortunately we were disappointed that the beach was strewn with rubbish. The buffet breakfast was a hearty spread with choices of several restaurants available.
