TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Above rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) based on per vehicle and per way basis.
- Above rates are valid until 31Dec 2008.
- Above Rates are NETT and are subject to 50% Cancellation charge if cancellation is made less than 24 hrs.
- ALL THE ABOVE ARE SUBJECT TO 50% SURCHARGE FOR TRANSFER BETWEEN 2300 & 0800 HRS WHERE APPLICABLE
- Full payment for no Show and No refund for additional cost incurred if the guest take a taxi to hotel after the allocated waiting time and we didn't received phone call the guest.
- All transfer is conduct by our experience english speaking driver guide.
- All reservation is on a first come first serve basis and may change with or without prior notice.
- All departure pick up is base on 3 hrs 30min from the estimate time of departure (ETD) if no advise pick up time given by agent.
- One (1) luggage per guest and any additional luggage depends on space availablility, otherwise guest have to make their own arrangement.
- The company reserves the right to amend / cancel the above rates due to any circumstances with or without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All confirmed booking "no-show" or last minute cancellation are Non-Refundable
Full refund less 5.5% credit card processing fee if booking is cancelled 03 working days before arrival date
