Payment
All Bookings are on a prepayment. Payment has to be made upon confirmation of booking and accepted by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card & Amex acceptable). Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be emailed to guest.

4 to 12 years are consider as child & below 3 years old are free
For water activities pls bring along swimming wear, towel, changing clothes, sun block & etc
Last Minute cancellation will be charged according to the activities
All reservation is on a first come first serve basis and may change with or without prior notice
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed booking, "no-show" or last minute cancellation are Non-Refundable
Full refund less 5.5% credit card processing fee if booking is cancelled 03 days before arrival date.
