THE BISTRO
We are proud to announce the opening of our new Bistro this June 2008!
Open for lunch and dinner, the Bistro offers an array of Western and fusion delights, offering patrons a whole new dining experience with its refreshing, trendy, yet seductive ambiance.
The newest member to the Impiana Casuarina Hotel family, Chef Ghazali Hashim will showcase his culinary creativity, crafting signature dishes for the Bistro. He has worked in various hotels in Malaysia including Penang Grandplaza Parkroyal Hotel and Penang E & O Hotel. He has won some impressive awards such as the Silver Medal in Western Hot Cooking Main Course II at the 8th Penang International Salon Gastronomique 2001, the Gold Medal in the Asian Cuisine 1 and the Bronze Medal in Western Hot Cooking at the 9th Penang International Salon Gastronomique 2003.
GARDEN TERRACE
Located at lobby level, the Garden Terrace is open from 6.00am to 2.00am (Sundays to Fridays) and 24 hours (Saturdays and Eve of Public Holidays). The terrace area has a fantastic view overlooking beautifully landscaped garden swimming pool. The Garden Terrace offers guests a culinary tour of the best in local and international cuisine. Indulge yourself with our tempting spread of daily buffet breakfast, lunch, themed dinner, hi-tea and Sunday brunch. Try some of our signature dishes - cucur udang, roti canai durian, mee rebus, nga choy kay and teh tarik.
LOBBY LOUNGE
A new outlet, the Lobby Lounge provides the ambience and atmosphere for families and friends to socialize or get together over some light refreshments.
