Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment must be paid upon the stipulated payment deadline failing which the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled.
  • Free Baggage Allowance - subject to the allowance imposed by Japan Airlines
  • Amendment - No amendment of name is allowed after ticket has been issued. Change of travelling date is allowed but subject to an amendment fee of S$ 80 per ticket, seat and room availability. Advance notice of minimum 5 days is required.
  • Cancellation - No cancellation is allowed once ticket is issued. Any cancellations before ticket issuance will be subjected to S$ 25 per ticket
