Concorde Ballroom

Located on the lobby level, Concorde Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 delegates in a classroom configuration. Concorde V seats 70 persons. The ballroom is equipped with a permanent stage feature and it is retractable for a dance floor space.

For any dinner events such as weddings and annual dinners, the ballroom can accommodate up to 770 persons.

Linking the Concorde Ballroom and the adjacent Concorde V is a foyer which functions as a pre-function or cocktail venue. The Concorde V is large enough to host a good-sized seminar of 180 persons.

Gallery Rooms

On the first level, seven purpose-built galleries allow for classroom capacities ranging from 21 to 40 persons. The galleries are stylishly designed with soothing colours providing a feeling of warmth and spaciousness. There are also dedicated built-in audio visual and corridor space.

Patio/Studio Rooms
Located on the second floor are three patio rooms and three smaller break-up rooms – Studio rooms. Patio 1 has a permanent boardroom meeting, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 persons. Patio 2 and 3 provide comfortable meeting or seminar for 30 persons. Each Patio room overlooks the Petronas Twin Towers, and opens up to a side entrance allowing participants to stretch and relax after a long seminar.

Studio rooms 1 to 3 serve as user-friendly discussion or interview rooms. Each studio can accommodate up to 12 to 24 persons in a classroom arrangement.

For coffee breaks and snacks, meals are nicely arranged at the spacious Patio foyer.
