Concorde Inn KLIA offers various flexible meeting and incentives packages that can be tailored to suit your requirements and budgets. The hotel has seven well-equipped function rooms numbered and named after the hotel brand.

The Concorde 1, with a floor area of 280 square metres, is the most versatile of the hotel's meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 people in various settings.

The smallest meeting rooms are Concorde 5 and 6, each with a floor area of 48 square metres that can seat 30 to 40 persons comfortably.

Concorde Inn KLIA meeting packages are competitively priced from RM55 upwards. This includes complimentary meeting room set-up, use of an overhead or slide projector with screen, flipchart with markers, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks and complimentary car parking. Iced water, writing pads with pens and mints are provided as well.

For meetings with meals, the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner with a wide choice of selections. For a full day seminar, lunch can be easily arranged either in a private function room or at the Melting Pot Cafe. Themed coffee breaks are also available upon request.
