Payment
Condition :
Upon
confirmation, 15% deposit of the total amount must be made
immediately, 85% will be payable directly at the hotel upon
check-in/out. This is to guarantee the booking and guest
to check in as reserved. This deposit made is non-refundable.
In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge one
night stay for no-show cases.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations
made 30 working days or less prior to arrival date will
be charged 50% cancellation fee
on the full package price.
Cancellations
made 14 working days or less prior to arrival date will
be charged a 100% cancellation
fee on the full package price.
No-shows
and stays that are cut short will be charged a 100% cancellation
fee on the full
package price.
