There are serveral scenic routes by road to Munnar. The Siena Village
in Chinnakanal is 18 kms from Munnar town.
At altitude
ranging from 1600 to 1800 metres, Munnar ranks among the most beautiful
hill stations in South Asia. Munnar first came into prominence as
a favourite summer resort of the British governement. The town of
Munnar stands at the confluence of three mountain streams. The ideal
time to visit is from September to May.
Majestic
mountain peaks, lush green forests, wildlife sanctuaries and sparkling
waterfalls merge to create the unique magic of Munnar. Among the exotic
flora found here, is the Neelakurinji (Strobilanthus), which blossoms
only once every twelve years. The Nilgiri Tahr, a rare mountain goat,
can be spotted on the hillsides of Rajamala, a few kms from Munnar.

Siena village gives you a choice of standard and deluxe rooms, all
with great views. All rooms have been tastefully appointed to blend
comfort and luxury. The standard rooms have twin beds and wall to
wall carpeting. Deluxe rooms are laid out on split levels. Bed areas
are carpeted, while the living areas have a rich wooden flooring.
Deluxe rooms have private balconies and cozy little lounges adjacent
to them. The most attractive feature of the deluxe rooms is the fire-place
to keep you warm, even on the coldest nights. All rooms have geysers,
24 hour satellite television, refrigerators and coffee makers.

Peppermill is our multi-cuisine restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere,
serving authentic Indian, Continental and Kerala cuisine. Daily buffet
breakfast and dinner. Lunch is from an 'a la carte menu. The resort
