 Day 01 NAIROBI
Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport and transffered to Nairobi Serena Hotel.
Lunch dinner on own arrangements.
Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel.

 Day 02 NAIROBI- SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Buffet breakfast at Nairobi Serena Hotel.
0700 hrs. Morning drive to Samburu game reserve.
This drive will take you through the central highlands where you will be able to see large scale coffee, flower and pineapple farming.
You will stop briefly at the Equator line for a short demonstration.
1300 hrs. Lunch at Samburu Serena Lodge.
1600 hrs. Afternoon game viewing drive in this game reserve in search of wildlife.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

 Day 03 SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Whole day spent in Samburu Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. This semi arid countryside is a bird lover’s paradise. The game reserve is also unique as it is home to some wildlife which can only be found here. These are the gerenuk, reticulated giraffe and the gravy’s zebra.
Other wild animals including the “big five are also found here.
All meals at Samburu Serena Lodge.

 Day 04 SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE- MOUNT KENYA
0700 hrs. Morning drive to the Mt. Kenya National Park.
1230 hrs. Lunch at the Serena Mountain Lodge.
The only “tree hotel” ever to be built on the slopes of Kenya’s legendary Mount Kenya, Mountain Lodge offers a matchless game viewing opportunity whilst combining a glorious panorama of mountain vistas with the primordial splendors of an ancient rainforest. Floating 2,195 m. high on the flanks of Kenya’s highest mountain and secreted deep within her largest forest reserve, the lodge offers not only the champagne-clarity of mountain air, the tranquility of the forest and a colorful cavalcade of wildlife but also the chance of scaling the icy peaks of Africa’ second-highest mountain.
Guest can awake to the trumpeting of elephant, fall asleep to the syphony of the African night or sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. Finally, they can venture down to the secret viewing hide by the water’s edge and experience the awesome thrill of being only meters away from some of the most massive beast on earth.

 Day 05 MOUNT KENYA- LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
0700 hrs. Buffet breakfast at the Serena Mountain Lodge.
0800 hrs. Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley. This takes you via the Thompson falls a 73 m. deep plunge where you will have a stop over.
1230 hrs. Lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge.
1600 hrs. Afternoon game viewing drive in the park. The Lake Nakuru National Park is world famous for the pink flamingos which number thousand upon thousands. The rare black rhino and many other wild animals can also be found here. There is very high chance of seeing the noctural and very elusive leopard. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

 Day 06 LAKE NAKURU- MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
0700 hrs. Breakfast at Lake Nakuru Lodge.
0800 hrs. Morning drive to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s finest and best known game reserve.
1230 hrs. Lunch at Keekorok Lodge in Maasai Mara. After lunch, have a gamedrive enroute to Mara Serena Lodge. The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion’s roar, a cheetah making a kill, and the big elephant herds are all very fascinating events. You will also meet the Maasai who are the inhabitants of this reserve and are a proud and largely aloof tribe who have held to their customs and traditions for hundreds of years.
1800 hrs. Arrive at Mara Serena lodge to a warm welcome. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge.

 Day 07 MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Another day spent in the Mara with morning and afternoon game viewing drive in the rolling plains, woodland and rivers that make up the Mara. There are very high chances of seeing the “big five”.
All meals at the lodge.
Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 08 MT. KENYA- NAIROBI- DEPART
0700 hrs. Breakfast at Mara Serena Lodge.
0800 hrs. Drive out of the Mara headed for Nairobi, game viewing drive. As climb the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley, your drive guide will stop at strategic viewpoints for photography.
1300 hrs. Lunch on own arrangements on arrival in Nairobi. After lunch we will transfer you to the airport for your final departure flight OR you could have a beach holiday at the coastal town of Mombasa at an extra cost.
