Welcome to Reef Hotel, one of the most popular International Beach Resort hotels in Kenya. Since its establishment back in 1972, the Reef has been renovated severally, the most recent being 2005. Our rooms are air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom, balcony, telephone extension and TV. Buffets are served during luch and dinner. Standard sea facing rooms: 96 in total. Rooms face the ocean side. Each room has a double or twin bed. Some are specially designed as triples ideal for families and travel groups. All have safes, telephones, air-conditioning, fans, TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Balcony with table and chairs.

Superior sea facing room: 15 in total sea facing .Each room has a double bed, divan, relax chair, TV/Video , Mini-fridge, hairdryer, telephone, safe, bathroom with bath and shower. Large Balcony with table and chairs. Air condition and fan.

Garden Wing rooms: 23 in total , facing garden and pool. Each room has a double or twin bed, and can accommodate a third bed to make a triple on request. TV, telephone, safe, bathroom with bath and shower. Balcony with table and chairs.

Balcony View: Your balcony is your private retreat to peacefully admire the gardens, sea views, bird life and monkeys scampering around the makuti roofs and coconut trees. Enjoy the sea breeze, and let the stress disappear.

Restaurant:
The hotel has several food outlets.

Garden dining hall The main dining hall is located in the middle of the main gardens of the hotel with views all around .A very high ceiling, and open walls, allows a breezy atmosphere to offer a spacious atmosphere, with Buffets most meal times. The restaurant is open from 0700 till 0930 for breakfast, 12.30 till 14.30 for lunch and 19.30 till 21.30 for diners. Special meal requests such as vegetarian meals should be requested at check in , although the hotel restaurant buffet usually always has a section dedicated to vegetarian meals.

Pool Side Bistro The bistro offers a full selection of snacks from burgers and Pizzas. to pastas and sea food specialities. There is a daily specialty as well as a regular menu.

Bars:
The Hotel has several bars to relax and entertain at.

Reception karibuni bar Convenient as you wait for friends, before dinner, before leaving the hotel for shopping and excursions. TV bar with excellent cappuccino, espresso, and a full range of beverages.

Tanga bar Set in the pool, this is a swim up bar, with a covered sit down area as well overlooking the pool and beach front.

Pool bar The main bar for clients during the day at the pool side and at mealtimes, with a double wooden counter to meet friends, look at the views of the garden , pools, and ocean side. During the evenings this bar is the entertainment centre for shows and music.

Lounge bar With views overlooking the entire front of the hotel, the lounge bar is open during functions, and big TV sporting events, where the hotels wide screen TV is located.

Beach bar Very popular in the day for service onto the beach, and at night as a throbbing music club, the young at heart meet here to gossip, make friends, and be seen!
