    Restaurant:
    Dining at the Sheraton Hotel Taipei is an adventure on the Silk Road, with superb cuisine from both East and West. Cuisine from the Orient includes two Japanese restaurants. The Momoyama offers Japanese cuisine in the setting of a traditional Japanese Inn; while the Teppanyaki specializes in grilled steaks and seafood prepared in that special teppanyaki style.

    - Chinese restaurants include the Jade Garden with the ever-popular Cantonese cuisine, including dim sum. The Shangri-La Garden specializes in Shanghainese cuisine. Those regional cuisine is found in he Hunan Garden with superb Hunanese cuisine served a la carte; and the Happy Garden with the best Taiwanese cuisine in the city.

    - Western restaurants include the Four Seasons Cafe with a vast a la carte menu, and lunch and dinner buffets. One of Taipei's most popular Italian restaurants is the hotel's Pizza Pub with pizzas baked in an authentic wood-fired oven. The Antoine Room, considered Taipei's number one French restaurant, features superb continental cuisine in truly elegant surroundings.
