Restaurants and Bars

Queen Alice

Exquisite French cuisine making full use of fresh vegetables, presented in a whimsical, French garden setting, featuring one of Japan's most famous chefs, Mr. Yutaka Ishinabe. The rooms are partitioned into compartments which are arranged like miniature French gardens. Private rooms are available to meet the discerning needs of small groups.

Café Tosca

Contemporary and fresh Italian fare in an oasis of palm trees, water and natural light. 24 palm trees are standing in the café on which warm sunshine is reflected. At night, this café would create a totally different world where the guests can enjoy their meals under the stars accompanied by the sound of the water. This all-day restaurant also serves southern French and Californian cuisine.
Turandot
Award-winning Chinese cuisine presented in a setting of operatic fantasy. The room with a stage is created under the theme of the opera and has a taste of fantasy. The spacious terrace will be open in good seasons. Wedding receptions available. The menu is divided between Shanghai cuisine (60%) and other regional dishes (40%) - from traditional to newly developed ones prepared by Chef Wakiya, one of the top Chinese cooks in Japan.
Oshidori
Culinary artistry and seasonal specialties inspired by traditions of Kaiseki cuisine. Quiet and refined entrance is followed by Tatami room on the right side, Sushi bar on the left side, and the tables on the other side. It is as if the guests were walking on the alley. Oshidori is an affiliate of one of Japan's most well-established Japanese restaurants.
Somerhouse Lounge
Through panoramic windows our guests enjoy the verdure of Queen's Park in front, Yamashita Park and the port from afar to complete the exotic scene. Piano music shall provide a moment of relaxation in the evenings. Light meals, snacks, teas, wine and other beverages are presented with style and grace.
Jack's Bar
This bar with cozy sofas where the guests can relax surrounded by a harmony of lights and shadows serves as an urban oasis for adults. The bar serves beverages ranging from cocktails to whisky, brandy and wine, premium liquors, traditional drinks, etc.

Banquets and Meetings

The hotel offers an elegant grand ballroom and nine other function rooms accommodating up to 1200 guests for all types of events including international conferences, gala receptions or intimate family celebration.

By Bus
From Yokohama Station East exit, Bus stop C-17, Bus Number 141. Bound for Pacifico Yokohama, please use the Queen's Square Yokohama stop. Travel time is approximately 10 minutes.
