International Cuisine Trader Vic's The first Trader Vic's was established in San Francisco. There are now several locations including the one right here in Hotel New Otani for you to enjoy. A variety of unique styles of cuisine recreate the atmosphere of the South Pacific. Choose from more than 100 concoctions of Tropical drinks or try some of the specialities prepared in our Chinese oven that uses cherry tree firewood.

Dining Room BELLE VUE Our newest dining room, BELLE VUE, offers a magnificent view of Tokyo. Authentic Italian pasta dishes as well as grilled items are featured. This restaurant has a unique open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs prepare your meal. For the health conscious guest, organic vegetables and grilled seasonal seafood are daily fare.

Japanese Kaiseki Cuisine Senbazuru For the best of Japanese Cuisine and Japanese traditional service come to Senbazuru. The very peaceful tatami mat rooms provide a perfect setting in which to savor the beautifully prepared and arranged seasonal delicacies. There are 5 private rooms (some of which have special sunken areas beneath the tables so that the meal can be enjoyed in total comfort) and 1 Japanese style seating room

Barbecue Garden Restaurants There are 3 separate casual style dining restaurants in The Garden. Momiji-tei (seats 100-140), Seisen-tei (seats 30-38) and Shogetsu-tei (seats 30-40) each offer a choice of barbecued meats, seafood and vegetables prepared in a most original Japanese style. The barbecuing is done right at your table while you enjoy a wonderful view of the garden.

Banquet and Meeting Facilities

You can choose any cuisine from the many offered right here in the hotel, to be served for your function. For any size party you can select from Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian and Continental. Make your preference known if it isn't stated on our brochures. We will try our best to meet your demands.

At your disposal are a wide variety of simultaneous interpretation and audio-visual systems and equipment. Rooms can also be reserved to coordinate with your meeting schedule.

The Tsuru, our grand banquet room, provides luxurious decorations and stage enhancement effects to make your event successful. The Ho-oh banquet room offers a tranquil view of the Japanese garden bringing us the beauty of each season. We also have the Fuyou, located in The Main. All are on the convenient Banquet Floor level of the Hotel. Each of these halls are provided with equipment designed to host a variety of conference formats. Accomodates from 700 to 3,000 guests.

The Pool Guests can find refuge from the hot summer sun at the side of Hotel New Otani Tokyo's pool. Nestled in the gardens adjacent to The Main, the pool's water is kept a constant 27?C (80?F). Open in Summer Season Only.
