Customers coming from Shinkansen and JR Nagoya Station
When getting out of the JR ticket gate, head for Sakura-dori Side. (Please note that the other side is Taiko-dori Side) Get out of the station building through Sakura-dori Side, and walk to the right facing to a taxi stop. When reaching the No. 8 entrance of Subway Higashiyama Line, go down the stairs. Then go straight to a pink "Unimall" sign and go up the stairs at No. 11 exit in the Unimall underground shopping center. The Castle Plaza Hotel is in front of No. 11 exit.
