1) All the rates are in UAE Dirhams and is inclusive of collisson damage waiver insurance, PAI and taxes.

The rates above is only applicable if booking is made through Asia Travel.

Bookings are on prepaid basis. Payment by credit card (Only Visa /Master Card /Amex are acceptable).

For Self Drive Rent a Car you can collect your Car at the Airport from our Representative.


2) All drivers on visit or transit visa must produce their original national licenses. The national licence must have been held for a minumum of one year. National licenses on their own are acceptable from drivers from Western Europe, North America, Australasia and South Africa.

AGCC National Licenses are acceptable if they are holding AGCC passports. AGCC countries are as follows : Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.

Expatriates holding AGCC licenses are acceptable. The driver must have a current residence visa for the country that has issued the licence.

Drivers from other countries must have a current International Licence plus their own National Licence. National Licences alone are not acceptable.

Drivers holding licences from former Soviet Countries are restricted to a maximum of C group cars.

Minimum age for groups A - F is 21 years and groups G and above is 25 years.

3) Additional drivers are charged at Dhs.20/- per rental. The same licence requirements apply as paragraph 1.

4) A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons, even when the cost of the rental is covered by a voucher. This imprint may be used to cover any additional charges not covered by the voucher at the end of the rental. e.g., fuel, accident or damage charges and traffic fines.

5) Vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance. However, a police report must be obtained at the time of an accident or in the case of damage. If a police report is not received by Budget, all charges incurred will be the responsibility of the client, even if CDW has been taken. No replacement vehicle will be supplied and rental charges will continue until a police report is received along with any other relevant documents. In addition for security reasons, we need to view client's passport.

6) Punctures, tyre damage, wheel caps, aerials and windscreens are not covered by insurance, even after paying CDW unless the damage is caused as a result of an accident and the client has obtained a police report. Loss or damage to personal items is not covered under the terms of the insurance.

7) A " Traffic Regulations Form " should be signed by the customer, who will be given a copy.

8) Delivery and collection within Dubai or Sharjah is free of charge. A charge of Dhs. 75/- per rental will be made for delivery or collection to or from any other Emirate within the UAE. For rentals of less than three days, a charge of Dhs. 75/- each way will apply.

9) All cars entering Oman must have prior approval of Budget. All rentals for Oman are subject to additional 50% surcharge of the rental value. An additional charge of Dirhams 100/- per rental covering minimum 1 - 7 days, will be levied in lieu of Oman Insurance Coverage. For one-way drop off to Muscat or Oman a charge of Dirhams 750/- will apply. Muscat drop-off is restricted to saloon vehicles only. Four-Wheel Drive vehicles must be returned to Dubai. There is no facility for one-way drop off in Salalah, Oman.

10) At the time of off-hiring, the renter should contact Middle East Asia Tours ( office hours -9am to 6pm ( Sat - Thurs ).

11) Cars should be reserved by group only. Budget reserves the right to substitute equivalent cars, when the reserved car is unavailable.

12) Budget Drivers are available at Dhs. 240/- for 8 consecutive hours per day. Excess hours are charged at Dhs. 40 per hour. Lunch and accommodation should be provided to the driver when out of station or there will be a charge of Dhs. 400 per day.

13) Our Terms of Business and Insurance cover are all subject to the UAE Law.


Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation, you have to inform our office 5 Days ( excluding Friday ) prior to arrival . No show for confirmed booking will be non refundable.

Please note that a 5.5% credit card processing charge will be extended to credit card if cancellation is tendered 1 day after booking has been confirmed.
