Tale of two cities, we take you to Sharjah, with its beautiful lagoon
and green parks.
We visit the different souk for gold, clothing, shoes, perfumes, best
textiles where shopkeepers sell A to Z items in about 600 tiny shops
. Afterwards, our journey takes us to the Emirate of Ajman and visit
the famous Museum, where you can learn about the Emirates' past before
oil was found. At the old dhow-building yards you will discover how
the dhows, the wooden sailing boats, are still built today with the
past tradtion. Then finally we take you to the creek side and Al Qasimi
palace.
Sharjah is widely considered to be the cultural capital of the Gulf
region, and has consistently dedicated its resources to establishing
an enviable life style for the citizens with the solid values of the
arabian hospitality.
