Terms and Conditions

• All reservations must be made directly by Airlines staff personally via e-mail, and subject to Confirmation.
• Valid credentials are required upon room confirmation / upon check in at the hotel.
• Credit card guaranteed, staff identification number or name card is required upon room confirmation.
• Payment to be made directly at the hotel by cash or credit card, upon check in.
  
• One night no show fee will be levied if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to arrival, this levy will be debited to the credit card.
• Rates are subject to taxes as indicated and not applicable for convention & incentive group.
  ++ means additional 20% taxes () Nett means including taxes () + means additional 16% taxes
• RO means Room only and BB means with breakfast
