Terms and Conditions

• The above rate is per room per night basis.
• All reservations must be made directly by Airlines staff personally via e-mail, and subject to Confirmation.
• Valid credentials are required upon room confirmation / upon check in at the hotel.
• Credit card guaranteed, staff identification number or name card is required upon room confirmation.
• One Airline ID No. is applied for one room only.
• Payment to be made directly at the hotel by cash or credit card, upon check in.
  
• One night no show fee will be levied if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to arrival (not inclusive of Sat, Sun and Public Holiday), this levy will be debited to the credit card.
• Nett rates is inclusive of tax & service charge. ++ rates is subject to 7% government tax & 10% service charge. +++ rates is subject to 7% government tax,10% service charge and provincial tax.
  All rates are not applicable for convention & incentive group.
