Terms and Conditions

Above rates are in Singapore Dollar, inclusive of tax and service. All bookings require advance payment prior to check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master or American Express Card) or telegraphic transfer. Guest can check-in with passport or if required, we can send "check-in voucher" to guest by fax or email. There will be no cancellation charge (except a 5.5% credit card processing fee) if booking is cancelled 07 working days before the check-in date.

Strictly closed out period for all for major events : 12 - 19 Jun 05 (Communic Asia) All bookings are on request basis and surcharge shall apply subject to room availability
