A great hotel and very good service from staff. A scrumptious buffet breakfast and very good shopping and eating area. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there always on my trips to Jakarta.

Should be more accommodate on guest request like extra more pillows. Where sometimes they need it. It's quiet surprise when we requested for 1 more extra pillow then the hotel staff answered was we cannot give because for extra bed only. It was dissatisfied service on this from this hotel other than that was good services. This is the 1st time I come across a hotel did not give extra pillow to the guest.

Lobby is nice & smoke free. Not able to get early check-in, waited till 1400hrs. Room is normal with all necessary items but the toilet wall is pretty old. Also the bath tower smells horrible. TV is a small LCD, too small for current standard.

Nice location being right next to Mangga Dua Mall. Unfortunately condition of room is old and towels are old.

The location is just opposite the mall which sell everything. wholesaler very welcome in this mall so if you want to buy lots, it is very good to stay in this hotel. the hotel is hectic all the time with the business people. usual nice breakfast but also very crowded. they have internet in room but need extra charge.
