Hotel Overview

The Samaya's forty six private individual villas, which are the heart of this full service resort, twenty four on the side of Seminyak beach, and the other twenty two successfully opened in May 2008 Royal Courtyard Villas which are set in a tranquil Balinese village environment and just two minutes by golf buggy from our beachside location.

To be able to keep our product and villas up to date, we started our renovation program 7th February 2011 and this will be completed now in one single phase with all the villas being renovated/rebuilt at the same time.
The project has required a total demolition of the existing villas, and a re-leveling of the land, all will be one level once completed.

The renovation will include;

A total rebuild, lap pools to be made longer, updated bathrooms, some of re-configuration of the previous villa size, by bringing inside some of what was before exterior, which will enable us to provide an interior lounge area. The work will be monitored and supervised to attract minimum disturbance. The rest of the resort will function as normal as possible throughout.

A separate entrance has be configured to access our pool, Spa, Breeze Restaurant and Beachfront Gardens, this also has a buggy ride which operates a door to door service for our in house guests, and for outside guests/clients a pick up service from our previous lobby at the front of the hotel to our beachfront areas.

The Breeze restaurant renovation and further weatherproofing has been put on hold, this will be advised as soon as possible, as no fixed date has been reached, and all is still in the planning stage.
