The Amala has taken the lead from its sister property, THE BALE, specialising in a wide variety of nutritious and delicious meals from Indonesia, S E Asia and the West.

Diners are given details of ingredients and the estimated amounts of calories, proteins, cholesterol and other elements, so they can eat and drink to suit their particular body type and to maximise the health benefits they seek. Chef Brandon's non-alcoholic menu is full of healthy juices and mocktails, including the option of tailor-making your very own concoction
