For those who would want to venture into the library, a treat of books dating from the 18th century awaits them. One of the world's most famous book binders, Zaehnsdorf, finds a place on one of the Book shelves of the Royal Library. Shimmering goblets and fine pieces by Lalique can be seen aesthetically strewn over a sturdy Burmese carved table.

A Hollywood Bar with signed photographs of the reigning stars of the 1930’s such as Clark Gable, Laurel and Hardy, Robert Taylor, Jean Harlow, Greta Garbo, Katherine Hepborn, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Frederick March, Spencer Tracy, etc. pays tribute to the timeless charm and popularity of Woodville Palace. The photo gallery of autographed photographs of royalty from across the world is a testament of the popularity of Woodville Palace.

Woodville offers a number of activities for its Guests. The Palace Hotel has the facilities for Billiards, Table Tennis and Badminton for sports lovers. Woodville also has an extensive library for the avid reader to peruse at leisure.

The Army and Navy Store, London, decorated the interiors of this Palace. Woodville is resplendent with world renowned and celebrated ancient heirlooms. The Royal family has an impressive collection of Chinese Vases and the Japanese Satsuma vases. A walk down the corridors of Woodville is a walk down memory lane of photographic history. On display are the autographed photographs of Her Imperial Majesty, the Queen Empress of India, Queen Victoria, and His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Umberto of Italy (Later His Majesty King Umberto II of Italy) and the Sultan of Johore, Malaysia.

Further down the Hollywood Bar, is the Imperial Banquet Hall, now a formal dining hall for Guests. Extravagantly inlaid woodwork tables are laid out in French and English bone china from Royal Doultan. The walls are lined with Paintings and Lithographs done by British artists. The Art Deco ethos of the Woodville Palace Hotel permeates in this dining Hall and even as one sits down to enjoy the tasteful Himachali Cuisine, the British era of the 1930’s is re-captured so tastefully that one does not know which to give attention to the scrumptious food or the elegant decor.

The Conference Room of Woodville is one of its major attractions. Besides being wide and spacious, it offers scenic views of the apple orchid and woods. Holding a Conference amidst nature has its own charm, and that’s how our Conference Room differs.
