Sheraton Taipei Hotel opened on March 24th, 1981 under the name of Lai Lai Sheraton Hotel and collaborated with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. to provide five-star facilities and services.
Control of the hotel officially transferred to the management of My Humble House Hospitality Management Consulting Co., Ltd. on July 1 2002, and the name was changed to Sheraton Taipei Hotel. In order to provide an innovative style while maintaing the beauty of classic Chinese elements, Sheraton Taipei underwent a three-year renovation period, after which carefully selected antiques were placed throughout the hotel and many interesting touches of Chinese designs were added. Pizza Pub insists on using only the freshest ingredients and creativity in it cold cut dishes, salads, and appetizers. Kitchen 12 is the first restaurant with an Open-Kitchen concept and open Bakery. In order to provide guests with a dining experience that touches all the senses, Kitchen 12 is designed into twelve separate buffet areas, each with a specialty, including Salad Bar, Cold Cuts, Japanese Bar, Chinese Bar, Western Bar, SoutheastAsian Bar, Seafood Bar, BBQ & Grill Bar, Noodles Bar, Dessert Bar, Bread & Bakery Bar, and Beverage Bar.

Over hundreds of millions of Taiwanese dollars have spent on the renovation of the ultimate Sheraton Ballroom. 2462.4 sgm in size, the Ballroom is designed by internationally renowned Hirsch Bedner Associates Pte. Ltd Design Consultants. The theme of the architecture is modern Chinese, with a harmonious blend of simple and chic spatial concept of the West and the elegant and artistic decorations of the East. With a maximum capacity of 1800 guests, the Sheraton Ballroom has seven multi-versatile banquet rooms and 3 multifunctional individual VIP rooms for any event.
My Humble House
If privacy is your priority, then My Humble House is for you. This multi-functional meeting venue is ideal for smaller meetings, seminars, exhibitions, private banquets and receptions. Far from the madding crowds, My Humble House offers a private stairway on the west side of the hotel which leads directly to the reception area.
My Humble house is far from humble in the opulence of the setting. Tastefully designed incorporating a modern CHinese motif, if offers guests an elegant venue in which to conduct private meetings and to entertain guests in a more intimate, relaxed setting.
Moveable walls can be added to provide three separate meeting areas, ideal for smaller meetings and seminars. Capacity, depending on type of function, ranges from 50 to 200 persons.

The Galleria
"The Galleria" banquet hall is located on the 1F on the west side of the Sheraton Taipei. Opened in late March, 2009, this refined venue features a mauve rose-patterned carpet with leather furnishings as highlights. The deep colors used throughout convey an atmosphere of elegant reserve.
A unique feature of "The Galleria" is the full-length windows on three sides that bask the space in warm sunlight. For privacy, the curtains can be drawn as well and designer lighting is provided for presentations and exhibitions. Open bar, separate VIP room, spacious halfway and separate entrance are also available on demand for exclusive private banquets, parties, conferences, meetings and exhibitions.
