- Luggage allowance :
1) Each passenger can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158cm(62’’) – regular size suitcases
2) Maximum weight per bag shall not exceed 20 kg.(44 lbs)
3) The driver may refuse to handle baggage that are larger or heavier
- Cancellation Policy :
1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date. : Non-Refundable!
3) Non-Refundable if notification of flight or date changed is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date.
