(A)	Charges where it states include transportation, hotel accommodation on two-in-one room basis, meals and guide-interpreter assisance. Child from 2-11 years old is based on extra bed sharing with parents'room.
(B)	Charges do not include laundry, hair-dressing, taxi for personal use, mail, telegraphs, long distance calls, excess baggage, airport tax, medical and all other expenses of purely personal nature.
(C)	For visa application, one application form duly completed and attached with a recent photo should be submitted upon booking.
(D)	Participants on all China Tour are not covered by insurance. It is advisable that clients should do so if they deem it to be necessary. Gray Line Tours of Hong Kong Limited shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, burglary, additional expenses, accidental delay or other factors beyond its control.
(E)	Cancellation made by Gray Line in case of typhoon or undesirable conditions,half of the selling price will be refunded. No refund will be made to confirmed bookings or if participants did not show up.
(F)	Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot by tour participants.
(G)	Should circumstances warrant, tour itineraries or transportation so described are subject to change without prior notice.
(H)	The actual pick-up time of the listed tours from different hotel varies from place to place and from time to time in accordance with the traffic conditions. You will be advised of it when booking is made.
(I)	All rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and on cash only.
(J)	All package tours out of Hong Kong are under the protection of TIC reserve fund.
(K)	For China visa, all diplomat and official passport holders must apply in person at the Visa office.
