The restaurant is now reinvented as an interactive dining venue, with four cooking stations preparing different kinds of dishes in front of guests alongside sumptuous buffets. An extensive list of wines is served from the purpose-built temperature controlled cellar.

With seating for up to 256 guests, a range of different table sizes is offered, and the marble top community table and two private dining rooms are ideal for larger groups. Whether you choose to sample the lavish lunch, dinner or dessert buffets, or order from a tempting new a la carte menu, dining here is an experience to savor.

Our executive chef has designed range of exquisite dishes, he fuses different culinary together from light snack to main dishes, include Braised N.Z. boneless Lamb Shank with Chinese Black Bean Sauce, Glazed Beef Shashlick with Vodka and Sichuan Pepper accompanied with Roti Paratha or charcoal barbecue. If you prefer light meal, you can choose snacks e.g. Pretty Rice Dumpling with Preserved Egg and Ginger crossover with innovative Hainanese Chicken Sushi, to match with the wine. Our sommeliers will help you choosing the wine to match with your chosen dishes. For instance, Hainanese Chicken Sushi goes with Riesling, this will give you a remarkable savour.
