Great location, a short walk to the bus stop, to the mtr and the hotel room was fantastic. Given free upgrade and the room is huge with 2 queen size bed, and its clean!

We were upgraded to Regal Club. The room size is very good and clean. We will stay in the same hotel again for our next visit.

I had stayed in Regal Kowloon on a total of 3 occasions and find the hotel in a good location. However, on this stay from 23 to 29 Dec. 2010, I find that the hotel is rather old and need renovations to make it more pleasant.
