Californian Cafe This casual colourful Californian Restaurant is bright and spacious and is designed as a lively friendly eatery featuring the best of Western cuisine and Asian delicacies. Chefs have successfully combined many elements of Oriental and Occidental cooking. The Emperor Byron Hotel has decided to finally allow guests to participate in the process of creating an all new approach to buffets. Patrons will be able to combine their own choice of ingredients and watch as experienced chefs prepare fun and creative dishes for them. Naturally the restaurant will also feature a comprehensive a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Capacity 108 seats.
